Cavendish Terms & Conditions

The links below provide details of the Terms and Conditions that cover the supply of the goods and services that Cavendish offer. These can be found on the reverse of the printed forms that we use but obviously these are not available if these documents are faxed or sent by email. The Order Form covers supply of goods and services. The Network Order Form covers the supply of line rental and telephone calls. The Maintenance Agreement covers the maintenance of the goods and services we supply (if applicable).

Please note that no variation is allowed or accepted unless the alteration is agreed in writing by a director of the company.
