We can design, supply and install an extensive range of telephone systems and associated technology from the major manufacturers Panasonic, Toshiba and Intertel. Our clients benefit from the very latest innovations in telecoms technology, and, as manufacturer appointed dealers, we are directly supported by each of them to ensure that we have the skills and expertise to provide the most-up-to-date solutions.
We install all of our telephone systems to the industry standard BS6701, complete with full certification. We also have the skills to install Category 5 cabling - a system which offers highly-flexible integration of cabling for voice and data. All category 5 cabling is carried out to the international standard TIA/EIA 568/B, testing and certification to TIA/EIA - TSB 67, EN50173 and there is a full 15-year warranty.
Each installation is carefully planned and skilfully executed to ensure that the benefits of new technology are integrated with the minimum of disruption and the maximum advantage to your business.
We are happy to liaise with BT or your choice of network provider on your behalf to co-ordinate installation and commissioning of the services connected to your new apparatus.
As soon as your new system is ready to use, your Account Manager will introduce themselves to make sure everything is OK and that your staff are trained to make best use of your communications solution. This is a relationship which will continue for the life of your telephone system, with ongoing training and support provided by your Account Manager under your maintenance agreement.

We understand that telecommunications are vital to your business, as indeed they are to our own business, so a fast and efficient Support service is crucial if things go wrong. Every one of our manufacturer-trained engineers is highly skilled and well equipped to quickly diagnose the majority of problems that can occasionally occur with your telecoms apparatus and its interconnections.
We are directly supported by the manufacturers for the vast majority of apparatus that we supply and hence can ensure that we are well supplied with spare parts and the unlimited technical backup that is only available to a main accredited dealer. This ensures that, whatever the problem, it WILL be resolved.
Our valued manufacturers' accreditation, together with our strictly monitored ISO 9000 QA systems, are a Client's assurance that we take the Quality of our service very seriously indeed.
To ensure the highest level of service, we monitor every maintenance call we undertake to determine its effectiveness as well as the speed of our response. In addition, each of our engineers is committed to an on-going training programme, monitored by "Investors in People", to ensure that their skills remain up-to-date with the very latest developments, a factor that is vital in the ever evolving environment of modern telecommunications.
