Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is the joining together of computer applications with your telephone system. Inter-Tel Europe offers a diverse selection of CTI products that greatly enhance your business processes and your customer relationship management.

There are many types of CTI applications; the linking of a customer database to your phone system will provide you with instant information about who is calling you on a PC screen - 'screen-popping'. Beyond this more sophisticated products will address call and contact centre management, telesales scripting, call recording and retrieval, voicemail, and unified messaging.

CTI provides a great deal of automation and can enhance business processes. 'Screen popping' can increase the number of callers handled in a given time dramatically by having all the information you want to hand at the time you take the call. Active Agent

ActiveAgent from Inter-Tel Europe is an outbound telemarketing automated dialler which has shown to significantly improve the productivity of outbound call centres. Whilst introducing a high-tech product business application, ActiveAgent remains very simple to use by call centre staff.

A telesales agent simply logs on using an Inter-Tel digital endpoint and ActiveAgent automatically calls out from a pre-selected campaign database. The name of the called customer is also shown on the telephone display.

Attendant Console

This powerful software also provides seamless integration between your computer and telephone so that you can work on your usual computer applications and handle phone calls quickly using your mouse or keyboard. When combined with a Computer Telephony-compatible database or contact management software, Attendant Console can also bring significant customer information right to your screen while you are handling a call. Additional features are available through key codes or up to 40 user-programmable shortcuts, which can be displayed on screen.

The Enterprise Conferencing solution not only significantly reduces the costs of conference calling but also makes the whole process simple and straightforward. Inter-Tel's Enterprise Conferencing solution delivers further enhancements to its comprehensive range of Presence Management tools - enabling and empowering the end-user to control how and when they communicate - irrelevant of the device they are using.

The Enterprise Conferencing solution has web presentation capabilities allowing users to better collaborate with internal or external employees, business partners and clients for brainstorming, formal presentations, training sessions or informal meetings. The browser-based interface enables users to schedule and conduct conference calls quickly and easily. From the same user interface, users can perform Web presentations and share documents with any participant on the call.
