Call Info allows you to actively monitor and manage your telephony services account

Login to your account

This section enables our network clients view their telephone usage over the internet. By entering a username and password you can scroll through an itemised list of the last three months calls as well as 'drill down' to ask questions such as:

  • What are my 10 most expensive calls
  • What are my 10 most frequently dialled numbers
  • What are my 10 longest calls
  • Plus many more

The Guardian service allows clients to set their own call parameters and if any of these are broken, they are notified by telephone or email normally within 48 hours. The parameters might be:

  • Calls costing more than £2.25p
  • Calls lasting longer than 43 minutes
  • Calls to certain numbers (competitors?)
  • Calls before 7.50 in the morning or after 8.10 in the evening
  • Plus many more

These services enable our clients to not only get an extremely competitive tariff but ensure that they can quickly and simply, manage their telephone bills effectively.
